New DT Trainer. Mini course question?

Postby g-man » Mon Mar 08, 2010 1:17 pm

Hello fellow Atlas and DT trainers.

I just got the mini course and I can't wait to dig in and
get working out with it.

However... Should the mini course be done everyday?

Or every other day?

Thanks,
Gary

The course says to work out every day unless you are ill, as Henry says. However, you must listen to your own body. If you feel exhausted or too sore, take a day off and recover, and then get back into your routine. You can do the course every other day if you prefer, taking long walks on the alternate days, to eliminate wearing yourself out and boredom. The course is very adaptable to every situation. Do whatever works for you. You can do little mini-workouts during the day, not having to do all the exercises at one time might be easier for you. The main thing is do something every day if possible. Remember, the course says to train and not strain, so never push yourself to the limit, always leave some gas in the tank, so to speak. "Step by step and the job is done." "Train, don't strain." Great quotes of Atlas! Remember that your health and fitness should be your job number one! Good luck!
The best is yet to come.
